 This project consists of the new construction of the 2nd tube and the restoration of the existing 1st tube. The excavation of the new tube is made by TBM. Cross passages, ventilation shafts, parking niches and ventilation caverns were executed by conventional tunnelling method.

 The tube has a double lining with reinforced segments and unreinforced inner concrete with a thickness of 28cm. The niches area is built with a 40-60cm thick reinforced inner lining.
